High School Faculty Focuses on Team Building

Faculty and administrators at Bessemer City High School participated in professional development focused on strengthening teamwork. The session centered on "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team," emphasizing the importance of trust, collaboration and excellence, school officials said. Principal Stoney Pritchett and Assistant Principal Christopher Chambers were recognized for their leadership in fostering a positive and productive learning environment. School officials said that strong teams contribute to student success.
