Bessemer City High School Students Inducted Into Top Teens of America

BESSEMER, Ala. — Two Bessemer City High School students were recognized for their academic excellence and commitment to service following their induction into Top Teens of America.

Scholars Maddison Bowman and Victoria Phillips are the newest members of the prestigious national youth organization. Sponsored by Top Ladies of Distinction Inc., the program serves teenagers ages 13 to 19, with a primary focus on leadership, education, and character development.

“We are incredibly proud of your accomplishments and excited to see all the great things you will continue to achieve,” school officials said. “Keep shining and representing with excellence.”

As members of Top Teens of America, Bowman and Phillips will engage in mentorship opportunities and community-driven projects. The organization is well-known for its partnership with the March of Dimes and its focus on community beautification.

The program aims to empower young people to become productive citizens through a rigorous curriculum of community service and leadership training. By joining this national network, the two scholars will continue to represent Bessemer City through various service initiatives and educational workshops designed to foster professional growth.
